I'm not happy with the service provided, what can I do?
We offer a full 100% refund if our customers aren't happy with the service they receive. Our confidence in our stylists enables us to offer this customer satisfaction guarantee to all of our users. How long does a revival/customization service typically take?
For wig revival and customization services, each order typically takes approximately 7 business day to be completed from when we receive the wig to when you receive it. Wig installs are dependent on our stylists availability.
What do I do if I don't receive my wig on time?
Once you wig is en-route, you'll receive a tracking number for it that can be used to track the current location as well as estimated time of delivery. If you're still not able to locate your wig, please reach out to us directly here.
Where are you located?
We’re currently serving customers nationwide. For our installation service, we only have beauty experts in the Seattle metro Area.
Do you offer any discounts?
